We are introduced to Dimitri in 05.227 at the all-important meeting that includes Stratt, Voigt, and Xi (Section 26) where he’s first described as “a guy in a Russian military uniform”.

The narrator tells us that he was in the earlier, larger meeting (Section 25) but he was not explicitly mentioned there.

He speaks for the first time in 05.281 and Stratt introduces him as “Dr. Komorov”. He says to call him ”Dimitri” and the name “Komorov” doesn't appear in the novel again.

In addition to those two sections he, appears in Section 38, Section 52, Section 54, Section 61, Section 79, and Section 86.

Dr. Lokken refers to him in Section 51 13.235 and Grace recalls him in three Space sections: Section 39 09.119, Section 67 18.090, and Section 102 26.054.

Dimitri’s direct speech consists of 65 quoted passages, 849 tokens, and 326 unique words.
