The word good appears in every chapter, and the word bad appears in 25 chapters.

The word good appears 296 times in total: 58 times in Earth sections and 238 times in Space sections.

The word bad appears 94 times in total: 10 times in Earth sections and 84 times in Space sections.

The word bad does occur proportionally more in Space sections than in Earth sections and this is statistically significant (p = 0.046) although weak (Cramér’s V = 0.101).

The word good is spoken by Bob Reddell, Dimitri (7 times), Dr. Browne, Dr. Lokken (2 times), DuBois, Grace (17 times in Earth sections and 38 times in Space sections), Ilyukhina (4 times), Marissa, Ms. Xi, Sandra Elias (2 times), and Stratt (9 times). Rocky says it 75 times.

The narrator uses good 12 times in Earth sections and 125 times in Space sections.
